Terms of Sale & Refunds

1. These terms

These terms apply when you buy the Mindset Profiler from us. By purchasing, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. What you are buying

Each purchase gives one person a complete Mindset Profiler and their personal report. The price shown at checkout is in Australian dollars and includes GST.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe; we neither see nor store them. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

The Mindset Profiler is a digital product. After payment we email your login details and a link to get started, usually within a minute. Any additional places you have bought are available in your account.

5. Team purchases

If you buy for a team, you get a team account and assign places from your dashboard. Each place is for one person, and places are valid for at least 12 months from purchase. A team administrator sees only combined, de-identified results — each person’s individual report remains private to them.

6. Your access and licence

A place is for the person it is assigned to, is used once, and cannot be resold or transferred. Unused places may expire 12 months after purchase.

7. Your account

Please keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

The Mindset Profiler is for your personal and professional development. The Profiler, the reports and the underlying methodology remain the intellectual property of the Growth Mindset Institute. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse them.

9. Refunds

Because the Mindset Profiler is a digital product, you can start straight away. We are generally not able to refund it once you have begun. If you have bought a Profiler but have not started it, email us at info@growthmindsetinstitute.org within 14 days, and we will issue a refund.

None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If the Mindset Profiler is not delivered, does not work, or is not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Mindset Profiler available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to re-supplying the Mindset Profiler or paying the cost of re-supply. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Privacy

Your Mindset Profiler answers are sensitive information and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
