Ada’s notable roles include Senior Director of Performance Development for Greater China at GSK, Bayer, and Nestlé. With over 15 years’ experience, she specialises in training management, talent and leadership development, team-building, and change management, designing projects such as organisational diagnosis, systems building, and performance improvement. She spent 24+ years at a global company as a business development manager and senior sales director, coaching sales leaders and developing organisational strategies. Gus Gan. Senior Consultant. GMI Asia Certified Trainer. Gus Gan is a senior consultant at ILS China. With over 20 years’ experience in training management, talent, leadership, team building, and change management, he designs projects such as organisational diagnosis, learning systems, leadership programmes, and team effectiveness initiatives. He spent nearly a decade at SGS, where he built a comprehensive learning system; his Talent Pool project developed roughly 500 managers.
