Sub-processor List
Last updated: 2 August 2026. The Growth Mindset Institute uses the following sub-processors, and we will notify Customers of changes.
Current sub-processors
- Stripe — payment processing. United States and Ireland.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting and infrastructure for the website and the Mindset Profiler platform. Germany (EU).
- MailChimp (Intuit) — sending our newsletter. United States.
- Microsoft 365 — email accounts and Mindset Profiler report emails. United States.
- Sparkpost — email transmission of Mindset Profiler details and reports. United States.
- Google LLC — website analytics and advertising conversion measurement, used only where a visitor opts in through our cookie banner. United States.
Each sub-processor is bound by data protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement.
